    I have checked my bank account and seen that I have a charge on there from Xbox Live for $19.98 instead of the normal $9.99 for one month of xbox live. I need this fixed asap. Please contact me with any info you need from me.

    My bank account was charged twice for xbox live

    i started an xbox live account and xbox charged my denit card twice for one month of live i have a screen shot saved my account was charged 20 dollars for one month of live

    Anyone else double charged for xbox live this month? The charge came out of my account yesterday and again today. I can't say I have seen that before.

    I was charged for xbox game pass pc even though billing was off.

    I cannot contact xbox support, because it shows call or live chat unavailable. And I double checked, when my game pass pc subscribtion stopped it also charged for the next month the 10$

    Was double charges for Microsoft realms.

    Up until this month I haven't been double charged. I canceled the most recent one just to be sure I wouldn't get charged again. I would like a refund on it either way.
