Double charged for DLC

Discus and support Double charged for DLC in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I need some help. I was charged twice for the Arkbreaker pack and Castithan Charge Pack for Defiance both of with are 9.99 each, total 19.98 with out...     Double charged for DLC


    I need some help.

    I was charged twice for the Arkbreaker pack and Castithan Charge Pack for Defiance both of with are 9.99 each, total 19.98 with out tax (I should have only seen two payments of 9.99 on my back account but instead there was four totaling 39.96).

    Would it be possible for my to get my money back?

    Like dave said contact support. I clicked the buy button twice for Battlefield 4 digital. After calling support they removed the charge after 5 min.

    TapOut - Phone support are the only ones who can issue refunds. You will need to continue trying to work with them. Also, you should not post your email address on a public forum.
