    So I bought some CoD points to get the battle pass and they charged me twice for 1 purchase. It shows up in my bank account but not on my purchase history. What do I do?

    Hi. I was double charged for single digital purchase. Only 1 purchase shows on my Microsoft account. I don’t want to cancel that one. I want the 2nd one refunded.

    If those are small, $1 charges those are validation charges that will be refunded on their own. You can double check http://account.microsoft.com to make sure that's the case.
    If they are verification charges, they typically won't show on your account since they're not actual purchases.

    When you try purchasing with a credit or debit card, we will put a temporary $1 charge on the card. This charge will later be refunded. Is this what your dad saw, or was he seeing a full charge for LIVE? If you were double charged, please contact phone support
