    Microsoft, for some reason I was double charged for purchasing the black ops 2 after life pack. When I first bought it, it never showed up in my download history so I tried to get it again and it worked the second time, but I was double charged for 1 black
    ops 2 afterlife pack. I just want my $1.99 back, if it's not to much trouble...

    Hi there...I accidentally purchased the Season Ticket for FiFa 15 twice and only need ONE....please refund me for one of the purchases.

    I've tried contacting Billing Support but still need help...

    There was an error message the first time I downloaded it so I tried it again then saw I was charged TWICE for the same thing...

    Please contact me ASAP as this just happened less than 30mins ago (i know you may not see this right away though)

    TapOut - Phone support are the only ones who can issue refunds. You will need to continue trying to work with them. Also, you should not post your email address on a public forum.

    Like dave said contact support. I clicked the buy button twice for Battlefield 4 digital. After calling support they removed the charge after 5 min.
