Discus and support Double charged and no subscription EA Access in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, I just subscribed to EA Access on dashboard 1408 and got charged twice without getting the subscription.     Hi, I just subscribed to EA Access on dashboard 1408 and got charged twice without getting the subscription. Any idea of a fix? Thanks.

    Purchased ea access last night January 7 2018 and I was double charged for some reason looke on bank account and order history both say I got charged twice. How do I get a refund?

    Not sure I am getting the right credit

    Support will double check, but keep in mind that subscriptions and preorders do not count towards VIP. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold and there are no offers to receive credits for EA Access.

    for future reference this should have been posted in the preview forums

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    check the vault to see if you have access to the content. If you don't then hold the Guide button on the controller and then file an error report on the app.

    Actually, 1st time when I subbed EA access, I thought they charged me twice too, then I checked my balance sheet & account transaction history too, figured that the 1st charge they do is Pre-Authentication charge to verify payment method, they refund that
    amount after 2 days & then charge the actual amount, check for that refund in your CC / account's transaction history.
