Double charge

If anyone else is being shut out after purchasing pre order of cold war , and then seeing where Microsoft has attempted to fraudulently charge for the game again on your card several months after the purchase , do as I am , gather the bank statements
showing the withdrawl, and all pertinent emails verifying the purchase as well as the attempts to access and charge without your consent download the form from your states attorney generals office to file charges on them , they keep disconnecting my phone
calls or putting me on hold for over an hour while they are "getting the qualified department" to talk to me , and saying they will return my call and never do , I'm done , from this point on I bent over backwards to resolve the issue , now they can litigate
in court
