    Hi. I purchased 4,600 Fifa points twice purposely as id have 9,200 but i was only given 4,600 and still charged twice. It says only one purchase on my order history but i was still double charge as i clicked try again on the xbox store. Just wondering is it a matter where i contact my bank. Thanks

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the points you purchased.

    Did you purchase it with a debit/credit card? Check to see if the second charge says "Pending"

    If it's in the pending state, it will still seem like it has taken money out of your account, but it's actually just holding it and if it has not successfully went through (Since you stated your order history only shows one) it may take a few business days for the pending charge to clear.
