in brief I have more than one Microsoft account I pre orderd red dead redemption 2 but on the day the payment was due there was insufficient funds in my bank so a couple of days later I made a visa card payment from another bank account Microsoft took
that payment but also on the same day they took the original pre order payment as well but made this transaction to my other Microsoft account so I now own the same red dead redemption 2 game twice I have requested a refund and I have phoned and spoke to Microsoft
refund denied and I cannot get my money back next step contacting my bank as far as I can see this is fraud

If you have already spoken to billing over the phone and they have given their decision I am not sure there is much advice we can give you. I would talk to your financial instituion to see if they can put a stop on the second copy.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, in regards to the refunds you would need to go through the

Refund Request Form being that the process for refunds has changed. Now in regards to the refund being denied, I just want to make sure that under your Order history you do see both transactions. If you see them both and the refund is getting denied I would

Contact Xbox Customer Support and let them know the issue so this can get looked at by an Agent.
