    Double Billing - Xbox Love Gold


    Hi

    i have been billed twice for my yearly aubscription this month. Once with the purchase of fifa19 and a second time just now to get back online.

    please help asap. There is no way to contact a person and your chat bot cant handle this simple issue.

    You definitely need to contact billing so they can take a look. I would check your purchase history to make sure it was the same charge. Sometimes it's the same price but for something else.

    Go to Http://support.xbox.com/contact-us, click no thanks under the virtual assistant and you will be goven more options for contacting support including chatting with support
    or requesting a call back. If you do not see those options, change your topic.

    Hi, I'd recommend to go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and select "Billing," then select "See other options" to decline the virtual agent, then select "Error messages
    and codes." I believe your contact options should then include chat and/or callback from a live agent. You can also view your billing history at
    https://commerce.microsoft.com. Hope that helps!
