    im very disappointed in that you have taken this months xbox ultimate money twice, my daughter works hard to earn her pocket money and was gutted to find that you had pretty much emptied her bank account, can someone please let me know how we can get her
    money back? because I cant get hold of anyone at Microsoft, which is a big disappointment.

    yes she does, she has told me one bill is in lower case and the other is in capital I cant see the bills as I don't live with her.

    Ok first I would tell her to call her bank to make sure that both of those charges actually came out of her account. If they did you will have to keep trying via chat or phone to get a hold of XBox/Microsoft for a refund. I know right now it is a very
    daunting task with all the things going on in the world. Please hang in there and keep trying this is the only way she will get a refund if charged twice. Dont try to cancel out anything so it wont cancel out her membership.
