    Good day

    I was double billed after buying 4 gift cards. I emailed support and recieved a standard "no refund on digital games" email instead of a repose to my issue. The order online shows my order and purchase but on my bank account shows two charged payments. I
    have seen that Microsoft "hold a fee if a card is used for the first time" but double charged seems extreme. It has been 5 days since the order and the first payment has been charged and taken by the bank while the second is still pending.

    I have responded once again and after looking online I am not the only one being double billed with no direction on whom to contact.

    How do I go about rectifying this?
