    Double billed from Microsoft and VUDU.


    Hello. I was billed twice for the movie that I rented. Once for Jurassic world HD, and once for Jurassic world HDX. Could you please resolve this issue? I enjoy your service, but it doesn't help that this happened so easily. Thank you.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    You double billed me. I bought an annual subscription from google for the Microsoft Game Collection, and today I was billed $1.99 again for the weekly subscription for which I subscribed 2 weeks ago. So instead of staying on the weekly subscription after
    a week, I bought a year subscription for the same game.

    Please make the necessary adjustments.

    Sorry to hear it. You'll need to contact phone support for this issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269. If they cannot help you then you will need to contact VUDU support as in app purchases may go directly to them.

    Also have been getting a billing issue since last night, said status code 8058F007, which is associated with UFC billing issues so it is incorrect (tried to download VUDU and Cinemanow rentals), no issue using payment with VUDU through their website and
    have made normal purchases at stores during this time so I now it's not the cards. I called them and XBox said they are having an issue with VUDU and unsure about the rest....strange issues worry me
