double banned ? to harsh ?

dear gamers/developers ... let me go straight to the point .. so , two days ago was a day worse than others ,whilst i was gaming i encountered a troll , wich leaded to me sending a three word sentence ... 10 MINUTES LATER ? I RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION I AM
BANNED FROM COMMUNICATION , so okay , i tought " its a little extreme , but i did use a profane word , so okay " , the day after ... i log in and got another notification saying i am also banned from social gaming ... wich is absurd to say the least , judging
by my action , the punisment was way to severe ... so i wanted to do a case reviw to strengthen my cause ... but the option is not available , so i go to xbox support and explain the whole thing , she directs me again to the enforcement page , but i still
cant do a case review , so i contact xbox support again , and this guy lets me know there is some glitch or something that causes bans to overlap one another wich resultss in the inability to do a case review . he said to look for a "mail" in wich the issue
should be resolved ... but i received nothing -_- so i try the support again and they direct me to this as a last means to help my cause . ps this is my reference number 1404009881 and i hope a solution will present

Harsh ban

my friend just got banned for two days after some kids joined our party, then proceeded to cus at us, left to their own private party and we had no way to respond. He sent a message to them containing the "f" word once out of anger. Yet these children are
back to playing rainbow 6 and now i cant play with my buddy.

Just a side note, this was his first offence

enforcement a little bit to harsh ?

dear and fellow gamers ... in this post i reveal my concern about the punishments being to harsh for what it is . so im pretty sure almost all of you guys have had a little rage before , or a really bad day that makes you rage easier in games . well ...
i had such a day , id had trouble sleeping , a lot on my mind , so it adds up and i worked a little bit of aggression out to another player ( because he was trolling me ) so in my rage i sent him a message with three words , something everyone says now and
then ... so suddenly i get banned on communications and social gaming until the 21 st . first i think a communication ban is enough and surely justified , but a double ban is a little bit to much , epecially for a situation they have zero insight in , i think
there should be more room for gamers in wich they can discuss with the game compagny about the issue instead of spamming the banhammer to loyal customers nonetheless , i think that they should be a bit more lenient about the punishment considering xbox is
used by also younger people who fight and curse , its inevetable . i hope any of you guys understand my concern and i also hope xbox is as forgiving and customer friendly as i know them ( considering i just paid 90 bucks for star wars battlefront 2 , a
release im gonna miss because my "double ban" )

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. A case review is the only way to contact them. Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If you're unable to submit a review, all you can do is wait it out.

 

Be aware that if you decide to file a case review you will need to take a quiz over the code of conduct and If you fail you will have to wait 24 hours before attempting the case review again
