    Double Accounts? How to Merge.


    I have no idea how or when it happened. But somehow a long time ago my MS accounts got "split" I never realized it until recently. I know have a Hotmail account that is attached to everything Xbox w/ Xbox live, etc. on it and a Gmail account with everything PC related on it.

    The 2 accounts are not talking to each other and do not recognize each other as I have XBox live on my Hotmail one and the Game pass on my Gmail account, additionally I have MS 365 on my Gmail and it is not recognized as having it on my Hotmail account. When I try to add the Hotmail alias to my Gmail account it states that it cannot do that, and when I try to add the Gmail alias to the Hotmail account it ALSO says I cannot do this.

    I do not use Hotmail so I want to keep my Gmail account as the active account - however I have about 10 years of gaming and saved games, etc. on my Hotmail XBox live User Name. How can I merge these two accounts together, as I obviously do not need both and with Game Pass I do not need to also have Xbox Gold.

    It's not possible to merge accounts and nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    All Microsoft, and related games were removed from my library

    How would i see the order when it was made before the merge with Mojang?

    They still say i have an account, since I can still change skin, and have a skin equipped. Along with the merge cape.

    This is the only Microsoft account I have.

    only one gamertag per windows live id

    however you will have to create a third windows live id an d then login into the account that has the windows live id you want

    change it to the third dummy windows live id

    then the one you want windows live id is free then goto the gamertag you want to change

    then change it to the windows live id you want

    Merging Two accounts

    well you rename your old gamertag thereby freeing up the name

    (it is unknown how long before the name is free)

    then you cna change the name once its free

    (whenever the server allows it)

    but that is not merging accounts

    No nothing can be transfered between accounts or merge you must keep your old account
