    Hello,

    My husband did not find the account email, so he created a new one where he took 1 year of gold.

    Except that I knew the mail so I went into the account unlock it because it was suspended after change of blue card.

    I now have 1 account with 1 year of gold and 1 account with the 3 months of origin. I wish to close the account that my husband opened by mistake but keep the 1 year gold he paid, how to do?

    How do I transfer Double XP Matches to my Xbox? Do I "activate" when I load up?

    You can transfer your Double XP matches to Xbox LIVE Gold Accounts for Xbox 360. Once you have banked your Double XP matches via the website, you will have to log into your Xbox LIVE account on the microsite.
    Then go into the microsite to "push" Double XP Matches to an Xbox LIVE Account. Lastly, log into your Xbox LIVE account and go into multiplayer, your Double XP Matches will begin for the amount
    pushed to your Xbox LIVE Gold Account.

    Dew double exp will not work!

    i have yet to use ANY double exp codes on my account and it says this

    "The Xbox LIVE Account: null has reached the maximum limit of 200 Double XP Matches for the promotion period. No more Double XP Matches may be applied to this Xbox LIVE Account."

    what is wrong and how do i fix it.

    Just double check that the account you are using to look for the game is the account that the game was gifted to.

    I got that same error code, but I went into my account and turned the double verification off and the issues was solved.

    Double verification can be found in the Security Info.

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. If you have access to both accounts, then you can do a "shuffle" of the account email alias to free it up for use on your other account. You can find the instructions on how to make the changes in our support
    article entitled How to change the email address associated with your Microsoft account that will detail on how
    to make changes to the email alias used for sign in.
