Dose the xbox game pass (beta) not work for PC?

Hi,

Today no less than an hour ago I bought Xbox game pass unlimited for my win10 pc.

But I've run into a problem, I'm trying to install and play My Friend Pedro and The Outer Worlds but when I go into the Microsoft app store the install button is suddenly grayed out. Is the service down right now or was it falsely advertised or am I doing
something wrong?

The Game Pass games can't be downloaded from the Windows Store, you need the official Game Pass App.

This might sound silly but, have you tried logging out of your account and then back in since purchasing the service?

This is a xbox games pass for PC (beta) so none of those methods for the xbox work on the PC.

If you have came from pc gaming, then xbox dose not work as fast as the pc 👍

Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
need to have Windows update version 1903.

Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.
