    I recently bought forza motorsport 5 and i updated it.but when i updated the game a lot of cars were still dlc like almost half of the cars are dlc.i know that forza 6 had dlc cars that are old but you cant buy them any more on the microsoft store like
    the fast furious car pack or the porsche pack.my qusetion is will this dlc work its called the forza 5 car pass its a game add on downloadble code card with the red la Ferrari in front of it so im saying if i buy this card will it still work its been 6 years
    since forza 5 came out and its 2020 and this is brand new will it still work not only that but the forza 5 vip membership game add on code card ?

    Where are the dlc cars?

    Yes. The cars are not automatically added to your garage. You have to "purchase" them in game as well, but they are free.

    So does that mean when the servers go down we lose out?
    If you have gotten the Car Pass then they should be free to "buy" in the in game shop for free. Forza Motorsport 5 and others were the same.

    If you have not redeemed the car pass (or the individual DLC packs-- if you are doing it that way) then redeem a code on the Xbox Windows store, Xbox app or the website and have the car pass sync with your account. Servers will not affect this at all. All
    the DLC I had in FM5 (even a day one car) was waiting for me when I got the game 7 months ago.
