Doritos Crash Course 2 achievement unlocking issue

Hi there!

I have had a problem with an achievement unlocking for the game Crash Course 2. I unlocked this achievement mid August, and I was told the issue would be fixed but I have seen no progress in the matter. The score for the achievement has been awarded (15G),
but the achievement itself says it has not been unlocked. On the day I unlocked it, everything was fine and the game itself was 'completed' (my last achievement for the game). But when I logged in the next day, the issue was there and now the game says 27
of 28 achievements unlocked.

I was directed to you at the Xbox live rewards team to help out with this problem. I was guaranteed that this was your field of expertise and the problem can be solved. The servers for the game are closing in about a weeks time, and besides, I cannot just
delete the save file and redo the achievement task because of the online servers.

I have attempted many options to fix the issue -- game update, deleting and re downloading profile, clearing files, etc but these methods did not help in this situation.

I hope that you can solve this problem for me as it will be much appreciated. Xbox support has already given me great service.
