The first thing you'd want to do is to make sure that both charges actually went through by checking your online Microsoft account order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If you were double charged and you see two completed orders for the same item, then you would need to fill out a refund request form online. You can find instructions and then fill out the form here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/...scriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

Una volta chiamato, spiega il problema e possono aiutarti. Nota che queste opzioni cambiano regolarmente, quindi continua a selezionare qualcosa che richiede una chiamata di supporto come opzione di contatto.

If you only see one charge in your Microsoft order history, then only one charge was processed by the Microsoft Store. Two charges were processed by the card company. I would recommend contacting customer support for the pre-paid debit card you used as the
charge is likely still pending and will disappear in time. You'll likely find a customer support number to call on the back of the card you used.
