    Hallo,

    ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen Fifa 19 über den Microsoft Store auf der Xbox gekauft. Vorhin habe ich gesehen, dass Microsoft die 62€ zwei mal von meinem Paypal Konto abgebucht hat. Ich hänge jetzt seit 40 Minuten in der Telefon Warteschleife...

    Hat jemand eine Idee was ich da machen könnte ?

    Sorry to hear you ran into some Billing issues. The only way to get this looked at would be to go through

    Xbox Support.

    You can also attempt to go through the Self Help and see if you're able to
    request a refund     but this might take a bit longer.

    Xbox Support.

    You can also attempt to go through the Self Help and see if you're able to
    request a refund     but this might take a bit longer.
