Door stuck in open position how do I get it unstuck or do I need to send in for repair console still under warranty

demon door glitch ???

Open all the Demon Doors in Albion, or see another Hero do so. trying to open one door have to act out fart point ect well after 2-4 steps the next corresponding buttons disappear , door goes ooopps lets try again wth im stuck
on this door .....

Half Life 2 Orange box edition can't open door

I am stuck on level Nova Prospekt.

I am trying to open a door but it will not open. I have got up to the part where you unplug the creature that is being tortured and so opened the barrier and i have gone into the room that has a lever to open the door to get upstairs. I have gone upstairs
and and gone into the control room and i have pressed the button that should open the door downstairs so i can continue the game. My problem is when i press the button for the door downstairs it turns green for a second then goes back to red then my game
auto saves and the door is still closed and i am unable to open it as the button to open the gate does not work any more. Is there another way to get passed this door as i am now stuck and getting very frustrated with the game

If the door is stuck open then try to gently push it back in (do not push too hard). If it will not automatically close then set up a repair for the console.

I'm stuck in Chapter 5 with the door past the snack shop not opening. Hopefully redoing the checkpoint will fix it.

OMG

I been stuck at this exact same issue couldnt open the door for 20 plus mins cause i didnt open the chest in the cave on the other site. Thanks

Happend to me as well. Reload the last check point and Run to the door (hold A). Since the enemies are not in the area before the door, you'll be safe.

The other ghosts will run with you and not go prone.

Had the same problem, and found something that worked...for me anyway. When it is stuck on this screen, open the disc door. While it is still OPEN and ON, unplug it from the power plug. I just unplugged from the wall. While it is unplugged, close the disc
door HALF WAY ONLY. Then, plug it back in, and turn it back on. It should close the door the rest of the way on its own. When mine came back on, it started to redownload the update and everything went smoothly this time. I tried all the tricks the previous
posters suggested, and nothing worked. Hope this helps someone that was stuck like me!
