DOOM Purchase BC Codes...

My previous post was closed, perhaps due to misunderstanding? And told to make yet another post for further dialogue. I'm not looking for preorder content. I purchased DOOM. It still says to this day on the Xbox.com site "buy DOOM and get the original
DOOM and DOOM 2 free". Usually they arrive between 7-10 days. This is day 12, hence my checking. I have a chat transcript and support number (1340754595) from a Leah M on May 24th where she confirmed I should've received the codes for these games and directed
me here.

If you are sure you purchased the game from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to host your image.

Just to check, did you purchase the game on disc or was it a digital copy? If you purchased a physical copy of the game it would be up to the retailer to provide you with Doom 1 and 2. Let us know what's up

In order to receive Doom 1 & 2 on Xbox 360, you would have needed to purchase before the release date. Since you purchased after the release, we are unable to provide codes.

This offer is not being advertised on the game page, could you link us to where you see the offer advertised?

In the scrolling banner at the top there's a DOOM splash image with text "Buy DOOM and get the original DOOM and DOOM II free"

 

Any information on this issue? The deal is still shown on the Xbox site, and I'm now behind 7 pages with the majority of issues being resolved. Thank you.
