Doom pre-order demon multiplayer pack content not present in my game

I pre-ordered doom on April 16th, 2016. I have the game installed and the pre-order bonus. The game run fine but the demon multiplayer content is not present in the multiplayer section of the game. No skins, hack modules, patterns or colors. Support has
confirmed that I pre-ordered the game and everything is good on my end. When can I expect to get my content? Ty

The following statement is from Bethesda,

We are aware of an issue that stops some players from being able to access the Demon Multiplayer Pack while playing DOOM on the Xbox One. This issue can occur if you digitally pre-ordered DOOM or the DOOM Digital Deluxe version. We are working on a solution
and hope to deploy a fix in a patch as soon as possible.
