    Doom Pre-Order codes disappeared after receiving


    Hello, I placed a pr- order on Doom back on March 15th. I received a code for the original games about a week later. However, when I went to redeem the codes the following day the message containing the codes had disappeared. I know some messages expire
    after 30 days, but it hasn't been that long. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Doom I & II Digital Purchase Codes

    Hey Andyroo700,

    Unfortunately, if you purchased Doom after the release date, you will not qualify for this specific promotion. In order to receive Doom I and Doom II codes, you had to have pre-purchased the game before May 13, 2016 as this promotion was exclusive to digital
    pre-orders.

    Just to clarify, when did you pre-order Doom? After you pre-order the game, it will take 7-10 days for you to receive your code via Xbox Live message. If it has been over 10 days, be sure to let us know. Thanks!
