    Doom pre order bonus content not received


    A week ago I called microsoft because I pre ordered doom and I never received my doom 1 and doom 2 download codes like it said it would on the xbox live market place. (which is where I got it) The rep. Told me to come here and ask... i pre ordered the game
    in late march and still havent received my codes?

    I pre-ordered the last Wolfenstein game. I remember getting a code to register for the DOOM beta. I find it hilarious that a new Wolfenstein game is coming out soon and I haven't seen the DOOM beta at all. Best pre-order

    Make sure that the content is installed. Also, you will only get the items once you beat the story and reach level 20.

    Not receiving pre-order bonus content

    First you should make sure the bonus content is installed. Please highlight the game and press the start button on your controller. From there select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to make sure it's installed.

    Once installed, you must beat the campaign and reach level 20. Go to the tower and speak to each person in order starting with Hawthorn. You should get the Cold Heart Tracer rifle and ghost during these interactions.
