Doom offline

Discus and support Doom offline in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a digital copy of 2016 doom so I could play it offline.     Doom offline


    I bought a digital copy of 2016 doom so I could play it offline. It doesn’t work and it tells me I need to purchase the game. I’ve contacted Bethesda and they were zero help and they told me to talk to Xbox. Help please

    Cannot download profile on ANY backwards compatible game

    Survey submitted... Some games work offline but some like Doom wont even get past the press start screen with being sign in

    Purchased Games That Were Demos Not Available Offline

    Hello,

    I have several games that I originally downloaded as demos but later purchased on Xbox Live (Castle Crashers, Doom, Tron, etc). However, if I try to play these games when offline, I can only play the demo versions. There are other games I purchased
    on Xbox Live that will let me play the full versions offline (Doom 2, Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, etc). Does anyone know why this is?

    I have deleted and re-downloaded my profile to my Xbox, but didn't clear the cache in between those steps. I also deleted Doom and re-downloaded it before deleting and re-downloading my profile.

    Doom offline

    Have you set your console as your 'Home Console'?

    In order to play a digital game while in offline mode, or otherwise not connected the Xbox Live, you need to change your Home console settings

    Select Settings > All Settings > Personalisation > My home Xbox.

    You'll need to be connected to Live to do this. Once it has been changed, your digital downloads should now work offline.

    I have, all of my other games work on my Xbox except this one, that’s why I thought to email Bethesda but they were no help

    Try cleaning your dik with a soft tissue, cloth or towel.
