Discus and support Doom not getting my pre order demon multiplayer armor in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; i pre ordered doom a few moths ago and I just started it after installing the pack in adding but when I get to multiplayer the armor and such worn show...     i pre ordered doom a few moths ago and I just started it after installing the pack in adding but when I get to multiplayer the armor and such worn show up wtf pls help

    We are aware of an issue that stops some players from being able to access the Demon Multiplayer Pack while playing DOOM on the Xbox One, and we are working with Xbox Support to find a solution. Please keep an eye on this help article and our social channels
