Doom eternal urdak level it freezes

Hello,

I have the same problem at the moment to start the last level ("Final sin" maybe, I don't know the english name), just after the loading. I did all solutions : Restart the game,
power cycling the console and reinstalling the game. It still don't work.

I have a problem to unlock the success about the ballista mastering too.

If a console power cycle doens't do the trick, you might check with Bethesda Support forums. This seems it might be a game issue, rather than a console matter. If the issue is specific to one spot in a map or location, then submitting a support ticket with
Bethesda might be helpful.

Anyone had any luck sorting this? I have returned and reordered the game on disc. Ill let you know if it fixes it.
