    Doom Eternal Sync Issue


    I bought the game digitally, and it worked fine for a few hour . Eventually I started getting texture loading errors, sound bugs, and then game crashes all together. Now, upon launching the game, I am
    prompted with an error that tells me I will have to delete my saves and re-sync them from the cloud. I have done this twice already, un-installed and re-installed the game four times, and have done a complete wipe an re-set of my xbox to no avail. My main
    save seems to be lost, and I cant so much as navigate the menus in-game without either a sync attempt or a notification of a syncing error. Is anyone having any similar issues, or maybe have a fix for this?

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Doom Eternal is not able to sync your saved data from the cloud so you are unable to play the game. We have a support article that provides

    troubleshooting for digital game issues on Xbox One    . The support article explains how to delete your saves from both the cloud and the console. However, this means you will lose all of your saved data for the game. Have you attempted to clear the local
    saved data in the storage settings? Be sure to let us know the results ImmortanReaper!

    I had earlier in the day done a full wipe of my saves and attempted to re-sync. After a second wipe and sync, my files were restored and I was able to get back in.
