Doom Eternal Play Anywhere

I purchased Doom Eternal on Xbox. Now on my PC I go to the 'Microsoft Store', then to 'My Library, Where 'Doom Eternal Deluxe Edition' is listed. I click on 'Manage' and then a window comes up that says ' You Own This Game'. So I click on 'Install on my Devices' and I am given the option of where I want to install and my XboxOne is listed ( already installed there) but my 'PC' is not listed. I have met the system requirements. i7-4770 CPU@3.40GHz, 16gm ram, GTX 1660 Ti ( 6GB), 950GB free hard drive space. I cleared the cache and reset the Microsoft store, restarted my PC. Tried Microsoft support and just now the call dropped so now I am here. Any ideas, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not all games are Play Anywhere

As mentioned above, the earlier Doom games, Doom, Doom II, Doom 3, Doom 64, are Play Anywhere, Eternal is not. This is a useful page to refer to as it lists all the current Play Anywhere titles:

I checked the Play Anywhere list and this game is not on the list. There are some games from the series on the list but Doom Eternal is not there.

doom eternal is not play anywhere, you need to purchase for each platform, it is in gamepass for both console and pc, but it was released before microsoft purchased bethesda and obviously the game is sold in other stores too.
