DOOM Eternal PC Edition No physical devices error

So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command, then you're going to open the gamepass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again :

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

Yes, the game I used to get the error message was Twelve Minutes, but I also got the same error from all the gamepass games I tried to play on PC. (Doom Eternal, Carrion, Project Winter, and Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition).

Even after all the steps, this is what I am getting. The DOOM Eternal Standard Edition (PC) download is failing with 0x803fb107 and then the DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE - PC) Is failing with the 0x80073cf3.

1. May we know what Doom Eternal edition for PC you installed from Xbox app - Doom Eternal Campaign, Standard, Deluxe, The Ancient Gods - Part One?
   
2. Did this game launched with no issue before? Is there an update that happen before this issue start to show?
   
3. Since the error message detected Twitch Studio, may we know if you have tried to sign out on Twitch Studio and sign in back?
   
4. May we ask for any troubleshooting you have done so far?

I tried your suggestions and the ones above and am still receiving the same error. The issue I've seen from most of my research is that the actual Doom Eternal game is split into battlemode, and campaign and when trying to install Doom Eternal Standard Edition (PC) there is some issue with the order. This was confirmed from reddit threads MONTHS ago, and it is still an ongoing issue. I have tried every order in downloading and I am still receiving 0x803fb107(an error that isn't even listed in the error code information page for Microsoft). I don't understand how this can't be resolved as steam seems to have none of these issues with installation.
