    Doom eternal DLC's not working?


    Hi,

    I'm on PC, I have the Game Pass Doom Eternal deluxe edition and have completed the main campaign. Xbox app tells me both DLC (Ancient Gods 1 & 2) are installed and ready to play, but when I click to play, it takes me to the main general Doom Eternal menu and says that both DLC's need to be purchased, then takes me to the store?

    Am I doing something wrong, how do I play the DLCs?

    Hello

    after a call from Microsoft support, it turns out that despite what the Xbox App says, the two Doom Eternal DLC's are not currently included in the Game Pass subscription, and actually only the standard edition is. So even thought the Deluxe edition has been downloaded and installed along with the two DLC's, you'll have to purchase the DLC's separately as they are blocked from running.

    So repurchased the Deluxe addition elsewhere for £17.

    AFAIK that isn't even a thing.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

    I recommend that you try the solution below, please.

    *Logout your account from the Microsoft store and also from the Xbox app, after that login again.

    Go to the Microsoft store and uninstall the 2 DLC's of the game, after that install them again.

    *If the above option doesn't work, please uninstall the game completely, and install it again.
