DOOM Eternal Cosmetic Packs Missing?

I am noticing that some cosmetic packs are available for the PC version but not for the Xbox version and the same for some being only on the Xbox version and not the PC version. Why is there this discrepancy? And how many cosmetic packs are there? Not one website has an actual complete list of how many cosmetic packs there are and for which system they are available and even the Bethesda website only lists one cosmetic pack as available! Steam itself only has three available the last I checked. Some websites list there being ten cosmetic packs in all, but I am only seeing seven total from my searches. And even the Soundtrack itself only shows up in the search for DOOM Eternal on certain storefronts, sometimes labeled as free, others for cash. When I search for these cosmetic packs on the Microsoft Store (PC), the Xbox Store (PC) or through the Xbox console itself, each storefront displays different sets but never all of them. This is not a serious issue, but it is extremely confusing because if this issue happens with other games, who knows what else we are missing just because a simple search on the three different storefronts leads to three entirely different and incomplete results. Does anyone have any information on this game having DLC that does exist on some platforms but does exist on others and if this issue is happening with any other games? And does anyone know if there is a complete list of the DLC available?

Not sure why the Bethesda website is only showing one pack available...I just ahd a look and it is showing all 7:

However, there have been 3 other packs, in addition to the Season 1-7 packs:

As to what is available on what platform, the page on any given platform should list what add-ons are available...so, for example, if you look at the Xbox listing, it has all 10 add-ons available for purchase for the Xbox console (scroll to the bottom for the list of add-ons):

Edit: I have also just looked in the Microsoft Store from my PC and it is showing all 10 add-ons available for PC as well

Further edit: Just popped on Steam to have a look and it is currently showing 13 add-ons for the game:
