Doom Eternal Campaign Stopped Working

I have Game Pass, used to play Doom Eternal campaign occasionally without issues.

Now, after a while of not playing when I run the game and click on Campaign I get "Checking Privileges" popup and afterwards it gives me the option to purchase the game in the store.

I've tried -

- verify and repair

- resetting it

- uninstalling/reinstall the game

- uninstall "gaming services" (with powershell)

- logging off Xbox Account and in

Nothing works. The Game doesn't recognize me as an owner.

Hello Josef, thanks for trying to help

can "run as administrator", doesn't work.

I already have a local admin account to fix stuff, but it didn't have xbox app, gaming service etc' installed so I tried doing that and got the same result. I should say that it didn't run a new installation of DOOM Eternal (DE) and recognize the already installed copy on my HD.

I haven't gotten a update recently that is relevant here.

May I know if you tried creating a desktop shortcut for the game > right click on it > select the "run as administrator" option?

If you're not able to see it, let's try something different.

If you try creating a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there, it works. Or not?

And, before this problem. Do you know if your windows system, doom or an app received an update recently?

You could just download it, play it and then uninstall it afterwards. :/

Firstly thank you for your help.

Ejected disk

Cancelled current doom installed.

Cleared local saved games.

Xbox rebooted green screen appeared.

Inserted disk.

Doom eternal standard edition install screen appears.

Select all

Install.....

Doom baytlemode install starts.

Campaign is queued.

Update message appears.

I select update

Campaign is now installed

Battlemode is updating

Installation stopped

Then updating started without me doing anything.

Then updating....

Installation stopped

I then press resumed

I just tried that,

So what I had to do was install both files, Battle something or the rather which would be the online mode.. (which Im not into) and then it has to install a 10+GB update and THEN I had to create a Bethesda account (which im not sure why as I don't like multiplayer)
and then it allowed me to select campaign..

What a head ache.
