Doom & Doom II codes

Discus and support Doom & Doom II codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; so i had pre-ordered the physical copy of doom and i still have not received my codes for doom and doom II, is their a way to get them?...     I have preordered Doom on March 30 and did not receive the promotional codes for Doom I & II in my message center.

    Thank you for retrieving them and send them back to me.

    Hey there, unfortunately this promotion was only with a purchase of a digital copy of the game through the Xbox Store. It's possible that this was a retailer promotion though so you'd want to reach out to the retailer for more information.

    Sorry to hear you haven't received your codes, and you're right to post here as phone and chat support don't deal with promotional codes, so forum support are best placed to be able to help. You've posted this question in the correct category, so they should
    be able to send you the code(s) again and either PM you or let you know through this thread that this has been sent.
