    Unto the Evil not unlocking [Xbox One]

    We are aware of reports that some Season Pass owners are not able to access or play Unto the Evil. This is not working as intended. We are currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    I was in chat this morning, I was advised that I could download the latest update to a USB drive, I did and it solved nothing, off to phone them now. I'll post back if possible.

    It is ok with Doom for now, but the season pass issue remains. BF Premium, Batman AK, Fallout 4 all have the problem, DLC is installed but not playable, unless you buy it again.

    I'm sure it will be resolved soon. Hang on tight while they investigate and get the situation resolved. Meanwhile I'll keep looking for fixes to correct the problem.

    We're hearing that this issue may be resolved. Can you guys power cycle your Xbox One consoles and see if you are continuing to experience the same issue?
