DOOM Demon Multiplayer Pack code not working

I bought DOOM (did not pre-order it) and got the demon multiplayer pack. However, when I tried to activate the code, it didn't work and sent me this message and code.

"We couldn't find the code you entered. Check the code and then try entering it again"

Does anyone know what to do? If so, thanks.
Maybe it's the fact that I did not pre order it or is it something different?

Doom Demon Pack

I have Doom and the Demon Pack installed but I am not receiving the demon pack when i go into multiplayer. How do I fix this? Do I really have to reinstall all of it?

If you pre-ordered Doom, try downloading the
Demon Multiplayer Pack through the Xbox Store. Let us know if you're able to get that content added to your game!

Hi,

I am having the same issue. There is no option to download the demon multiplayer pack. The only available options are rate & pin to home. Even if I go to DOOM & the manage game option, usually where it says available or ready to install, when you already
have purchased a season pass or an addon for a game, the demon multiplayer pack is not there. Also, I noticed that when I go to the DOOM pre order store page the manage option is gone since midnight.

We are aware of an issue that stops some players from being able to access the Demon Multiplayer Pack while playing DOOM on the Xbox One. This issue can occur if you digitally pre-ordered DOOM or the DOOM Digital Deluxe version. We are working on a solution
and hope to deploy a fix in a patch as soon as possible.
