Discus and support Doom deluxe version codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I purchased the Doom deluxe version and I haven't received any codes for the old Doom 1 and Doom 2.     I purchased the Doom deluxe version and I haven't received any codes for the old Doom 1 and Doom 2. Customer support said to post here to get this issue resolved

    Did not receive my DOOM I and DOOM II codes from preordering DOOM Digital Deluxe

    I still haven't received the DLC-codes for doom 1 and 2 that i was promised when i pre-ordered the doom digital deluxe version. I made the purchase on the 15th of april.

    Apologies for the delay! The appropriate team is working to get these codes out by the end of the week. If you don't receive your Doom codes by the end of the day on May 5th 2016, please post a new thread letting us know so we can take a closer look. In
    the meantime, keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages! Doom deluxe version codes :)

    pre-order doom for doom 1 and 2

    Did you purchase the digital or physical version of Doom? If you purchased the disc version, you will not receive Doom codes and it is up to the retailer you purchased from if they advertised the offer. Let us know! :)

    Demon Multiplayer Pack

    The following statement is from Bethesda,

    We are aware of an issue that stops some players from being able to access the Demon Multiplayer Pack while playing DOOM on the Xbox One. This issue can occur if you digitally pre-ordered DOOM or the DOOM Digital Deluxe version. We are working on a solution
    and hope to deploy a fix in a patch as soon as possible.
