Doom Codes

Hi there.

Received a notification about the Doom codes on my phone. When I got home the message was not able to be viewed, my xbox says there are no messages, but there is a 1 next to the message icon in the sidebar.

Called support, they didn't have anyway to fix the unread message counter, and told me that you guys have to re-send the codes. What I am more concerned about is the unread message indicator being broken.....

Hi, when I preordered doom I got two codes for original doom 1&2 doom 1 code is not working. !

Hi, I too have had an issue with Doom codes.

I had the message earlier this afternoon telling me my codes to download the Doom and Doom 2. But when I have gone to retrieve the message tonight it has completely disappeared. I have contacted XBOX Support who have said the codes have been "removed" accidentally,
and that they need to be re-sent.

 

Same here guys. ..got the msg on my xbox smartglass on my phone earlier today but when I got home the msgs all dissapeared both on phone and x1!!!@

 

Same here, I called them and the best they could do was direct me to this forum. The 1 is showing up on the inbox but I have no new message to read.

 

I'm having the same problem. I got a message about my codes but when I clicked on the message it said "System Message" and nothing else. The message then disappeared :/

I find myself in the same predicament as everyone else here. I have the 1 by the messages icon, yet I cannot retrieve the message nor the code within and was told by support that they would have to be resent

 

I never received my doom 1 and 2 codes either. I don't know whats going on.
