DOOM Codes - Message disappeared from my inbox before I could redeem.

Hello,

I pre-ordered DOOM and was sent, from XBOX, the game codes for DOOM 1 and DOOM 2. I saw the message come through on my SmartGlass (and did NOT delete the message). When I came home later today, I turned on my XBOX One console to redeem the codes. While the
'taskbar' shows that I have 1 message, I do not have any messages in my message folder. I have not yet redeemed the codes and am unable to do so without the message.

I have noticed a number of other forum posts that have discussed a similar issue. Please review my account, messages, etc.

Can you please resend the codes so that I can redeem them?

Purchased Mafia 3 bundle, Codes lost

I received the codes from purchasing the pre order bundle, however they disappeared from my inbox before I could redeem them. can I have them re sent?

The message containing my codes for Doom 1 and 2 disappeared before i could actually claim them.

 

Same thing here. Saw I had a Smart Glass message while I was at work, which was the Doom 1 & 2 codes for preordering. Came home and had no messages on my xbox one. I tried logging in on my pc, and on xbox.com but can't find that message anywhere. I was
also holding on to a message that had my quantum break pc code in it. that is also gone but I didn't delete any messages.

Please, If you can also resend my codes.

They just popped back up for a second but then disappeared again, this is really annoying I love the original doom games

I FOUND THE FIX!!!

What you need to do is open a backwards compatible game and then click the "start" and "select" buttons on your controller (yes I know those aren't the new names but I'm not sure what they are) after you click the the old home screen will pop up and you
can view your messages and redeem the codes!!!!
