DOOM Closed Beta: Have You Been Told Your Code Is Used Already?

So the closed BETA won't go live until late at night in the UK because the US live in the past.

(We Brits can say this because we invented time and all time is measured from GMT)

But if you got your code, tried to input it and are being told:

"This Code has already been used. Do you have another one? Try that"....

Apparently if you were in the closed Alpha then check your "Games" list and the "Doom Alpha" should change to the "Doom Beta".

Doom Closed Beta code used?

Bumping this as I am still wanting this fixed. I just want the code I was entitled to for Wolfenstein The New Order.

 

I went to play it but, but noticed it doesn't start til 5am here. That .was I won't be playing until Sat night. What a bummer. I was stoked to try it.

 

For those who didn't participate in the Alpha and you're getting your access from a digital Wolfenstein pre-order, the download for the beta should just appear in your 'Ready to Install' list in games & apps. I'm not sure if a code came with the physical
game? I guess I could check that myself.

Anyway, hope people enjoy it.

from what I understand of Goths post, there are no shoe options in Doom.

 

I have a BETA code, but seeing as I don't like MP I won't use it.

While it looks a lot more polished than the Alpha... Multiplayer was something tacked on to "Doom" in the past.

It's not what you play "Doom" for.

I was excited as the Beta loaded and then when it loaded up and said "multiplayer"... well I just turned it off.

Very easy to agree with these statements. The only thing is, at least for me, this Beta leaves me not really caring to get the game at launch. I will probably wait for a $30 or less price point.

 

I didn't play it yet, but how we're the graphics?

 

Are the Beta reviews based solely on the MP playing or campaign?
