    Pre-ordered Doom and have not gotten codes for doom 1 and doom 2.

    I pre-ordered Doom on March 5, 2016 and still have not gotten the codes for doom 1 and 2.

    Doom 1 and Doom 2 Preorder code message disappeared

    I pre ordered Doom on 5/12. Today 5/19 I received a message on my phone from smart glass. I opened the message and saw it was the Doom 1 and Doom 2 game codes for pre ordering the new doom. I arrived at home later this evening to no message from xbox. I
    checked smartglass, xbox, xbox on windows, and xbox.com. I was directed here by support. Any insight on how to retrieve my codes? Thanks!

    Not sure how it will work with Doom but usually you are sent a beta code and an access code. Check your messages here on xbox.com or email depending on how you purchased it.

    Its open beta anyone can download and play it tommorrow, tha preloas for it is already on the xbox store

    Hey there,

    Doom is available to download now, all you need to do is search "DOOM open beta" on your Xbox One console, and download it onto your Xbox One. The beta only lasts until the 17th of April, so we have a good length of time to test this new game.
