Doom 1 pre-order code from Doom doesn't work but the Doom 2 code did.

I pre-orded Doom and got Doom 1 and Doom 2 for free. I tried the Doom 2 code first and it worked but the Doom 1 code doesn't.

Some people have posted the the region is the error and that's what Microsoft support thought too.

All i get for error is "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

I pre-order DOOM and have not received the codes for DOOM 1 and 2.

region migration to ensure your account region reflects where you are located and then attempt to redeem the code again. If you are still having issues after, make sure you attempt

My region is correct and i haven't changed it. I tried the code on xbox website and i get following error:

Sweden - Europe.

Both codes was sent in the same message and only one of them work. Both from Microsoft.

I have always been in the same region.

If you're still unable to redeem the code, that would indicate that there is still a mismatch of sorts somewhere. If you're sure your Xbox One console region is set correctly, please check and confirm that your Xbox Live account region matches your current

Yes the region is correct. Already checked with Microsoft support. My code can't be for europe/sweden.

This has been solved!

Turned out to be region mismatch on my xbox 360 profile and not on my xbox one profile.
