    the game closed all view seconds or view minutes.......

    why

    i pay 70€ and i have only problems and cant play

    im realy not amused over that and every time the same ***......a first buyer is an idiot

    What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you tried to power cycle the console to see if it helps out?

    What console do you want me to activate? I try everything, even to contact the xbox support .. It does not work when I want to download the profile xbox360 on my xboxone I have an error, it shows me that I not the connection xbox live or that I have to be
    connected on Xboxlive, but I'm connected and I checked the connection. For info I a CD black ops 2 and at the time I already played black ops 1 on the one but it works more.

    Let's have you try these steps to clear the Xbox 360 cache on the Xbox One and see if it helps.

    • Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.
    (Note: Tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.)

    • Select Settings.
    • Select All settings.
    • Select System and then select Storage.
    • Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
    • Select Yes and restart the console. (This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles.)

    Let us know how it goes!

    Sorry to hear that, please bare in mind that this is a beta, and there are problems.

    I think Microsoft would like to hear what you have to say and what ideas you have.

    Use the Xbox preview program app and suggest some ideas!

    Anything would help!
