Don't update your account details unless you don't want to use your xbox one for 30 days.

This is an absolute joke from Microsoft. I am now without my xbox one for one month as I updated my mobile number for verification reasons as the one they had listed had been deactivated. Microsoft! you owe me at least one months subscription to xbox live
for your stupid security process.

Sign in with Kinect!

I had it recently where I had to manually sign in every time with my password when it use to just recognise me. But I'd forgot I had updated my account details online and changed my primary email address. All you have to do is delete your account on the xbox one and then log in with your updated email and password. Now I just say xbox on and it auto loads me in.

Unable to add son to xbox one

As above,

Select child
Sign in as parent
get to the 50c card authorisation, add card details
Then get card already exists on account - go through screens - again!!

Then after about 10 minutes updating account it fails with code 45468.7036976521340.5055251569016685

Go to xbox errorhelp - can't find it

Can anybody help please we are pulling our hair out on this

Just to say the card is on account from xbox and also Microsoft accounts linked to the parents account!

this happens because you didnt have up to date Information in the first place, so you suggest making things worse instead of getting them solved.

Prideloss, you must have come up with your tag after dealing with ms support.

Suggesting that this is his fault is absurd. If you keep up with your payments on xb live then there is no reason on earth to suspend service. Especially when it's just updating your info.

This is the most unprofessional practice i've seen from a business yet and will be taking my problems with this "company" to the better business bureau to get actual results.

Check your payment details on Xbox one and then go online to Xbox.com, log into your account and double check your payment details match. Try buying the game on Xbox.com and download it to your Xbox one from your list. It could just be a conflict problem
if your details don't match between Xbox one and Xbox.com. If this still doesn't work, you will have to call Xbox customer service. Personally, I prefer to set up PayPal on my Xbox accounts and get less issues than I do with cards.

You don't need to change your device location.

Check and review your Microsoft account details prior to factory refreshing the "relatively old Xbox One - 2014, ".

You can choose to Keep games and apps while refreshing the XBOX console OS or wipe everything and start out fresh.

Personally I would update your console.

Your account details can be easily installed on another console using the Xbox App and Authenticator App. Both work perfectly in Australia.

Don't update your xbox one account details.
