Don't understand the enforcement action

Discus and support Don't understand the enforcement action in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I do not understand how one can get 2 separate bans within 24 hours.     Don't understand the enforcement action


    I do not understand how one can get 2 separate bans within 24 hours. One communication ban 6/1/17, then a multiplayer ban 6/2/17. I want my case reviewed again. XB1 Gt:

    I atleast want a detailed email telling me why this happened. Doesn't seem fair im paying for this.

    Seriously, that's just stupid...

    Hey there, we understand the frustration. However, we're separate from the Xbox Enforcement Team and unable to speculate on your enforcement action. You can view more info about any active enforcement action but a 24-hour
    enforcement action or a console ban is not eligible for case review.

    Each action will most likely be based on two separate complaints made against you. You will be able to review the enforcement actions and if eligible request a case review on the
    Xbox Enforcement web site.
