Dont understand how to use rewards

I received 50K points for buying a new Xbox1. I see the points under Lifetime, but just don't understand how to use the points. If I go to the Xbox store, I don't see anywhere to redeem points. If I try to purchasing something, I just see the price of
the item. What am I doing wrong?

it says my email isnt correct for the rewards program but in fact the email i use is the email i use for xbox live dont understand why it says that

Rifleman class...why anything else?

Grenades are fine. the only fix they need is a second added to the fuse. People only complain about rifleman because they dont how understand how to use each class correctly

It depends on if the points are still pending or have been deposited. Once you complete an offer, credits are added to your Rewards account as pending. They remain pending until the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending.
Once they are deposited, they are added as currency to your Microsoft account balance. You would use that balance as your payment method when making a purchase.

We see that these Credits were successfully deposited on October 26th. This means they were converted into Currency and placed into your Microsoft Account, which you can confirm via your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
This currency can be used by selecting your Microsoft Account as your method of purchase. Keep in mind that promotional Credits like Rewards Credits are used first, so if you have already made a purchase using your Microsoft Account as the payment method,
those funds may no longer be available.

well i have the 4gb slim xbox so it only has i dont have a hard drive but i have a flashdrive 16gb i tried nthe steps with that works fine its 4gb that had issus when it said it couldnt find it

As Miss Portia mentioned, you can find out version of the Xbox System Software you are currently using on your console by navigating to System Settings, Console Settings, then scrolling down to System Info. Just post the numbers you see after "Dashboard".
