Don't trust the Thief reviews.

Heard around the wire that this game was getting some punches for being not good.....it's not...not good....not...wait.

Anyway...it's a fun game. Just wanted to say that.

That's what i am saying Messiah.

When a bad review gets put up, everyone gets up and says, i don't believe them, they are paid by this and that company. Just take Ryse, and Thief. Both good games in their own right. And plenty of people out there like them.

But when a much hyped game comes out, and it's all good. The same people are like yeah, i told you so. They all know what they are talking about. I would buy this game because of the reviews

Titanfall, is a kick *** game, just from playing the Beta on PC. But i wish, some people would stick with what they say. They either trust reviews or they don't. If you don't trust the reviews for Ryse on these same sites, why should you trust them on this
game.

Unfortunately, many reviews base their scores too highly on graphics and media hype. It's far from uncommon and fortunately I've ignored enough reviews to enjoy some great games.

I'm fairly sure the game TimeShift wasn't scored too highly in it's reviews but I wanted until it was about £10, picked it up and sure it only lasted me a weekend, the graphics weren't great and the mechanics felt a bit iffy but I enjoyed every second of
playing it and that's what counts.

Thanks for the heads up. I think this will be one of the games I pick up cheap when the winter months settle in, boredom takes over and the sales rinse my wallet.

 

It never interested me before reviews to be fair.
