Dont Starve Add ons suddenly quit working.

So Ive had the game on my computer including the add ons, Hamlet and Shipwrecked. Then this afternoon I went to get on the game and it said they were not installed. My saved games are there it just wont let me access them. I've tried uninstalling like a million times and still nothing.

Clean your console's MAC

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

**Do not reset the console without having your login information such as email and password

If the issue still persists and the content does not appear after 24 hours please contact the game developer.

Can you give us a few more details so that we can better support you. Are you receiving any specific error messages when you try to access the add ons ? Also, would you please Check your Xbox purchase history just to make sure that you own them on your account.

you mean its not about the game Dont Starve? would have guaranteed it was considering the first two words are Dont starve

Check in your Games & Apps (And also the ready to install). It is a separate title so both games are independent of one another.

I have tried that. It takes me to the same game as the other

Hi. Have you tried to redownload that game from the store? Try uninstalling it and redownload it. And you can always find your bought games from Games & Apps section under Ready to Install.
