Don't see an end date untill enforcement will be applicable

Because of a small issue I received an enforcement at the beginning of september 2017.

I just checked this notification message again but I can't see untill which date this enforcement / lock will be applicable.

It says in the last sentence: "... The associated account rights are blocked until." but no end date or time are available.

How do I know when this enforcement will be ended?

hi im sorry for jumping in but i've received an enforcement msg and email today too,the email says it refers to my Xbox live logo which is a picture of the Liverpool FC badge and Manager but the msg says i posted some comment which has been taken down.The
start and end date are exactly the same time and the case review says not applicable,im somewhat confused to say the least could it just be a mistake on enforcement teams side? hope you don't mind me asking and hopefully you could offer an opinion? thanks

I would say finally, but there's still no date! Untill I see a date I'm not getting excited.

Generally is there is no date listed it usually means the ban has lifted. However if you still don't have access you may have had the ban extended. Check with official support to see if there is a ban that isn't visible on the enforcement site.

Xbox Supports cannot assist us with the suspension and account bans as well. They just see the dates and all at their end, but they will refer us to enforcement still.

They don't have contact to the Enforcement Team and Department. That's what the last agent that I spoke to told to me.

You can only open a case review if your suspension is over 24hrs, can you confirm the end date?

Then you might want to contact
Xbox Support, don't select enforcement -> select account then other. you can get to talk with them and say to them that there is no information on when the suspension is lifted at the enforcement website.
